DStar TV works with Windows 7. There is no need to download and install .NET 3.5sp1 (seems to be included with windows 7)

Correct (I can reproduce this),

I doesn't run on the 64bit versions of windows 7 and vista. This would require a seperate version compiled for 64 bit. I do not intend to do this at the moment.

I looked a little further into this and it is due to a third party activex control, however this is currently being re-devoloped for native .NET so this upgrade should sort this problem.
